This program will take you through 30 days of eating and working out just like Molly. Every workout you see here is something that she swears works for her. Molly hand-picked these three trainers to give you all a variety in your fitness routine. Luke Milton is the owner of Training Mate, a Hight Intensity Interval Training workout. He’s here to get you toned while still laughing through it. Next, you’ll be getting workouts from Lacey Stone– the queen of bootcamp fitness who will make you leave class feeling strong. Lastly, Molly brought on Katia Pryce, the founder of DaceBody. Her workouts are fun, get your heart-rate up, and make you dance like nobody’s watching. Because well, nobody is!
