Need Some Fitness Motivation? We’ve Gotcha. 6 On-Demand Workouts You’ll LOVE

By Hilary Sheinbaum

Truth be told: within our busy lives (daily responsibilities included!), finding time to workout can be a challenge. That said, discovering an on-demand exercise class doesn’t have to be a drawn-out process.

In past years, fitting in a sweat sesh could mean commuting to a specific fitness studio, signing up for a number of packages (and waitlists), or planning your schedule around your favorite instructor’s class time.

Fret no more. Now, there are a variety of on-demand workouts ranging from dance to yoga, to Pilates and beyond. These digital classes allow you to tune in during a time (and at a place) that works for you — no travel required. Whether you have 15 minutes in the living room or an hour in the backyard, here are some classes to weave into your wellness routine.

Beloved by celebs and models alike, P.volve has changed the way we think about fitness as a global brand that focuses on resistance-based, functional moves to tone, sculpt, and energize the entire body. Using proprietary equipment (resistance bands, hand/ankle weights), on-demand library, and live-classes, their small movements yield big results. With P.volve – it’s not about working harder, it’s working smarter. Even in the smallest home spaces, hundreds of workouts help tone (without equipment as well). Don’t have 55-minutes to spare? There are a range of class lengths to fit your schedule. Monthly, 6-month and 1-year subscription plans are available.

DanceBody

With a range of on-demand and live classes — not to mention programs ranging from seven to 30 days, and beyond — DanceBody offerings include cardio dance, sculpt, and private sessions, with and without equipment. Whether you have 50+ minutes to sweat or 13 — there’s a variety of options to fit what you’re looking for and help you meet your individual goals. Monthly and 1-year subscription plans are available.

The Los Angeles brand’s on-demand sessions are titled “Get Hot.™” for good reason. Stream these limited time videos (read: they expire in one week) to access Full Body HIIT, Lower Body Burn, Pilates Sculpt & Stretch classes, and more. In a rush? Try a “2 Minute Crazy Arms” instruction. Or, if you have a bit more time and you’re feeling competitive: join the studio’s seven-day Ab Challenge or 30 day Booty Challenge to see how your body changes over time. Monthly subscription plans are available.

Molly Sims’s 30-Day Fitness Program

Utilizing challenging workouts, optimized nutrition advice (such as detailed meal plans), and suggestions from wellness experts, this month-long regimen is bound to get you into shape. The method, created by Molly’s nutritionist and her favorite trainers, includes appearances by Lacey Stone, Luke Milton and Katia Pryce — each are gurus in their own right. The best part? You can access content anywhere on more than 1,000 devices and try it out for free before committing. Monthly, quarterly and 1-year subscription plans are available.

Lacey Stone

Utilizing body weight, dumbbells, bands and more, Lacy Stone’s on-demand videos range from curated part-specific workouts (read: arms, booty, legs, core), recorded Zoom sessions that you can replay on your own time, and even a reboot program to keep you on track throughout a series of scheduled workouts. Beyond toning muscles, Lacy also offers information via “Huddle” where she answers popular queries focused on protein bars, recovery, snacks, meal plans, and the scale.
