Call times at 4 am come to no surprise for Sports Illustrated model, Kate Bock. However, it’s those mornings that allow for a few more hours of sleep that Bock truly cherishes. We asked the supermodel how she starts the first 30 minutes of her day which includes her adorable little family of 3 and a breakfast that makes our mouth water.
I normally wake up around 7:45 with Kevin & Vestry in my comfiest sleep set from Live The Process. As soon as our puppy hears the alarm, she crawls up to our faces and lays between us, stretches, and waits for us to smother her with kisses.
I’m up, brush my teeth & wash my face with Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Cleanser. It’s oil-free and starts my skin off fresh. I then apply Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Acid Serum followed by Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Mask, a little concealer & blush, and throw on a workout outfit. My current favorites have been between Set Active or Alo Yoga. I find if I put athletic wear on right away it helps me get inspired to work out sooner!
I make the same breakfast every, single, morning! I love it and look forward to it! I make two oat milk cappuccinos (Oatley foams the best!), dairy-free scrambled eggs topped with everything but the bagel seasoning, high-quality olive oil & truffle zest. (Try it!!)
Our routine is very consistent–to a tee. Vestry sits and snuggles with Kevin while I make breakfast and then comes and joins me in my chair when I sit down. We eat together, turn on Live with Kelly & Ryan, and get through our morning emails.
Once we’re done eating, we send Kevin off to work, and I start my work out immediately! I either work out with my trainer at home, live stream one of my friend and trainer @meganroup @sculptsociety cardio or toning classes, or start with a more calming treat her yoga class streaming with @melissawoodhealth.
