These are foods with high antioxidants and nutrients that provide a boost of energy and keeps you healthy- and momma definitely needs this in her life. They also have many more health benefits such as decreasing heart disease, cancer and boosting your immune system. To get the full benefits, it’s best to consume superfoods in their natural state. They are adaptogens, which means they help our bodies adapt to environmental and psychological stress.
