Molly’s 10 Go-To Wellness Products That She Recommends Going Into 2022

By Hilary Sheinbaum

Point blank: there are so many wellness products out there that it can be confusing (and overwhelming!) when you’re shopping for items created to enhance your quality of life. Everyone’s wellness journey looks different these days but more often than not, there’s usually overlap with chief concerns (stress, sleep, and feeling your best — am I right?)

As the new year is upon us (and therefore resolutions as well), it’s important to amp up result-driven actions surrounding our wellness practices.

To make matters a bit more clear en route to a healthier (and dare we say, a happier you), Molly shares her favorite wellness products at the moment. Not only do these 10 things help keep her wellness routine intact, but they actually work.

1.

Moon Juice Magnesiu-Om

“I love anything with my magnesium,” says Molly. “I recently started using the Moon Juice Magnesi-Om. It’s great for sleep. It’s restorative. It dissolves in water. You can take it cold or you can make it hot. I was having a little bit of anxiety so my general practitioner, who specializes in autoimmune, is the one who told me about it. It tastes like berries, and it’s really good. When you have three kids under 9 years old, it’s really important to try (even though difficult) to get a little bit of sleep.”

2.

Natural Vitality Calm

“It’s restorative and the magnesium is really calming. It’s totally natural,” says Molly. “They have a lemon and lime one that I love. I don’t do it every day, but I’ll do it like three nights a week. I personally love it hot before bed.”

3.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Cacao Mix

“For sugar cravings, I do the Four Sigmatic Hot Chocolate, which I’ve been using forever,” says Molly. “It’s a cocoa drink with cinnamon, and coconut palm sugar. It’s so good. My former employee Ashley is the one who turned me on to it and now I’ve got my whole team obsessed with it. I know Cindy Crawford is a massive fan. In my opinion, it tastes better than hot chocolate. There’s also a recipe you can do with this product called freezer fudge. When I was trying to lose weight, Kelly LeVeque, who’s a really well known nutritionist, put me onto this. First, you make it. Then you pour it into a square tray and you freeze it. For dessert, you have your little squares, rather than eating an entire chocolate bar and going overboard.”

4.

C & The Moon Malibu Made Body Scrub

“I love exfoliators,” says Molly. “This one in particular, that I am personally obsessed with, is made of vanilla and almond oil. It’s literally the most delicious smelling scrub you’ll ever own. I have a passive eczema behind my neck so I love to lather it on in the shower. You don’t even need a moisturizer if you use this sugar scrub because it is meant to hydrate your skin as well. P.S. they just came out a new oil, too!”

5.

The Little Market Lavender Sugar Scrub

“I also like The Little Market Sugar Scrubs, and they come in different smells,” says Molly. “Coconut, citrus, lavender, peppermint, and vanilla are my favorites. It’s really hydrating and makes my skin so soft. I use it at least four times a week, and it’s great because the women who handmade the scrubs were survivors of human trafficking. Now they’re leaders of an anti-trafficking movement. The Little Market sheds a spotlight on different artisans from all over the world. Whoever makes their sugar scrub is phenomenal.”

6.

Vitruvi Stone Diffuser

“If you don’t have a diffuser in your life… this is the one to get, and they even have a new holiday one coming out,” says Molly. “I like the different scents and smells — some make you cozy. Some make you energized. I love setting up the space.” Speaking of smells, Molly loves Byredo candles and Tom Ford’s F***ing Fabulous candle. “It kind of puts you in the mood to be fabulous,” says Molly. “And I think caster oils are really good products. It’s very smoothing on the stomach.”

7.

We Care Organic Detox Drink

“At We Care, they wrap you in a magnesium blanket, and then they soak you in castor oil on your stomach and on your back,” says Molly. “It’s really relaxing and it’s really detoxifying. Castor oil and magnesium really work well together.”

8.

Good Mylk Co. Activated Creamer

“My favorite activated creamer is the almond activated creamer from Good Mylk,” says Molly. “It is so, so good, and you put that in your coffee. You can put that in anything. It also has only three ingredients: sprouted almond, maple sugar, and Himalayan sea salt. A great dairy-free alternative to creamer.”

9.

Liquid IV Hydration Multiplier

“They have immune support, hydration and vitamin C,” says Molly. “It comes in lemon lime, strawberry, and tangerine. I drink it when I’m hung over or if I haven’t had enough water. It’s not like you want to do an I.V. every week, but you want to be hydrated.”

10.

Higher Dose Infrared Sauna Blanket

“I think sweating in a sauna is important,” says Molly. “I have the higher dose sauna and do that once a week. It makes you sweat, but also you can relax at the same time.”
