Be your own
kind of beautiful

My Monthly OB-sessions | March

I know, I know. I’m OB-sessed with a lot of things! This is exactly the reason it’s only appropriate to bring back my favorite feature on my blog, “My Monthly OB-sessions.” From here on out, every month, I will share all of my latest and greatest finds that are my ultimate must-haves. I’ve either come across them myself, my friends have clued me in, OR you’ve been so generous to recommend your favorites. As you know, I’m always on the hunt!

With that said, here’s what I’m currently OB-sessed with during the month of March:

Ellis Brooklyn Pseudonym Body Milk

Many natural products can have either no scent or not one you’d wear everyday. When it comes to organic beauty, I am in LOVE with Ellis Brooklyn. Their body milk is paraben-free, phthalates-free, and packaged in lead-free recycled glass. Not only is it safe to use if pregnant, the entire Ellis Brooklyn line smells AH-mazing. My favorite scent is from their Pseudonym line, which is a blend of jasmine and sandalwood. The natural oils infused give the body milk an addicting velvety texture. I have the candle in the same scent as well!

Simone Camille Handbags

I love a good carry all bag—especially during the summer. My Simone Camille handbag will be at the beach with me everyday!

Orlando Pita Play Hair Care

I don’t normally stray from my normal hair care routine but once I tried Orlando Pita’s new line—I had to. He’s seriously a one-stop shop. The line has literally everything from shampoo, conditioning masks, leave in spray, and multiple versions of hairspray for your texture of hair. The line gives volume and moisture without weighing it down. I mean, what else can a girl ask for?

Lollacup

#SUPERMOMMAS! It’s time you know about Lollacup. This BPA-free sippy cup is my number one pick for my little ones. It is designed to make it easy to get every last drop—even when it’s tilted. It’s also easy to clean in the dishwasher and comes equipped with a straw cleaning brush. It’s definitely a Momma Must Have!

Sakara Life Beauty Water

Sakara Life, and its founders Whitney and Danielle, are the ultimate cool girls in clean eating. I recently signed up for their meal plan program and I almost forgot I was eating healthy. Guys, it’s that good! Even if you don’t want to order organic meals to your door, they sell their individual products on their site. I’m currently OB-sessed with the beauty water, which I actually drank to get ready for the crazy Oscar weekend. The silica and rose hip make it a yummy beautifying and detoxifying drink!

Essie Resort 2016 Collection

Maybe it’s the Southern girl in me, but you’ll almost never see my nails naked. For me, choosing a nail color is a direct reflection of how I’m feeling. Since it’s almost spring, I’m loving the bright hues that Essie has created for its Resort 2016 collection. Recently, I’ve been switching back and forth between Lounge Lover (a bright pastel pink) and Sunshine State Of Mind (a vivid orange.)

Cravings By Chrissy Teigen

As much as I love eating healthy, I still cheat from time to time. Chrissy Teigen’s new book, “Cravings,” is like a guilty pleasure dreamland. I’m serious—my husband has never even noticed I’ve brought home a new cookbook until now. Plus, with Chrissy’s sense of humor sprinkled in, you’ll actually want to sit and read it cover to cover. What other cookbook can say that?!

Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint

I only use powder for red carpet events or when I’m photographed. Why? I’m OB-sessed with a dewy glow. But there are times you need something matte depending on the season. That’s where Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint comes in! It goes on smooth like butter and has a pretty powder like finish that doesn’t dry or settle into any lines. It’s perfect for everyday wear—no powder necessary!

Stay tuned, every month at MollySims.com, for more of my OB-sessions. P.S keep the product recommendations coming!
