I’m talking about fiber! When I started seeing my nutritionist Rebecca Baer, one of the first things she told me was that I wasn’t getting enough fiber. She introduced me to GG Bran Crispbread fiber crackers (you can find them at Whole Foods and other health food stores), and I eat eight of them everyday now.
