We spent three days sipping wine, telling (and retelling) stories about our wedding day and spending hours languishing over decadent dinners. I learned more than I ever could about wine and may have shipped more than a few of my favorite bottles home to LA. Stuber and I had the best food - steak and brown butter cake from Auberge du Soleil, a delicious tuna sandwich from Bouchon, and sun choke soup that I'm still dreaming about.
During our time in Napa, we hung out at Joseph Phelps, an AH-mazing vineyard that boasts 80 acres of Pinot Noir and 20 acres of Chardonnay. While sipping wine, we met Claude, who runs a great company called GrapEscapeconsulting.com which offers a wine tasting seminars and personal experiences surrounding all things vino!
On the last night of our trip, Stuber surprised me with a beautiful gift - a very classic black Chanel bag that I know I'll be using SO, SO, SO often!
