Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of dry rolled oats
  • 1 cup of organic almond butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed mixed in with sun chlorella power
  • 1 tablespoons brewers yeast
  • 1/2 cup of organic dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of honey

Stir ingredients together until mixed well. Chill in fridge for 30 min to firm it up then roll into balls. Store in refrigerator and you can also freeze for later use.

Every ingredient in the bites serves a purpose for breastfeeding mothers. Here’s the breakdown:

Almonds: Helps improve the quality and quantity of your breast milk. Women suffering from the problem of poor lactation are often advised to increase their intake of almonds to stimulate their milk production naturally. Almonds also nourish the nervous system. They super high in calcium which helps build strong bones and teeth, provides good brain function and boosts brain activity and the protein helps stabilize blood sugar.

Oatmeal: Contains iron. Studies have shown that low iron levels can cause a decrease in milk supply.

Brewers Yeast: Increases breast milk, combated fatigue and helps ward off the” baby blues.” It's also full of iron, protein and B vitamins.

Sun Chlorella: When breastfeeding, chlorella helps enrich the breast milk and reduces chemicals and dioxins from reaching the baby through the milk.

Flaxseed: A source of good healthy fat that helps enhance breast milk.

Dark Chocolate: An antioxidant and boosts the mood warding of depression.

Honey: A natural energy source
