Giving Good Gifts: For the Hostess (+ a GIVEAWAY!!!)
Hostess-1-3.jpg

When it comes to this year's Giving Good Gifts gift guides, last, but certainly not least is our treasured hosts.  We are so incredibly thankful to those who feed and sometimes shelter us during the hectic holiday season.

I’ve previously featured gifting guides for these some times overlooked and overworked creatures, who bring us the magic at festive gatherings. I’m by no means the uppity Miss Manners type of gal, but I like to send thank you cards and I truly enjoy giving hostess gifts. I supremely love gifting and hostess gifts are some of my very favorite finds.

I’m newly obsessed with Murchison-Hume’s entire product line.  Delicious smelling, green cleaning miracle workers! To say I’m a fan is putting it lightly.  The Classic Six Boxed Set would be a welcomed gift of any hostess.  It comes in a bamboo caddy that is incredibly convenient and makes it gift ready.  Paired with a chic candle, these tennis frog matches or cutie canine ones will set your giftee aglow.  Got cocktails on the mind? Then this vintage set of rocks glasses will be right up your alley.  A petite and cute as a button ceramic bowl is the perfect way to say thank you.

I was recently introduced to this super yummy chutney line called Holmsted Fines from one of my dear friends and I’m so glad that she did.  Priced sweetly you should probably scoop up all three flavors on your gifting spree.  I’m a girl who loves a monogram, so this cutting board and this lidded casserole dish  are both perfection in my book. If its dishes you seek, then go no further than these gorgeous Heath Ceramics plates.  Your host will surely not go thirsty with this vintage style glass pitcher from Waterford. Give a little piece of your heart with this heart light sign.  For the stylish minded, this boxed set of 4 fashion books (Roger Vivier, Balenciaga, Philip Treacy and Lanvin) will delight the most discerning of fashionista.  Everyone knows I’m a pushover for trays and these West Elm ones made of reclaimed wood are just in my zone.  Give the gift of cozy with this throw made by Barefoot Dreams. I have a robe made from this material and I can testify to its super cozy factor.
