One color that I was so, so, so excited to see hitting the runways for this fall/winter is NAVY. There’s something really understatedly chic about it. It’s the perfect color to mix with other darker shades for that chic, fall effect. Navy with red, hunter green, and even black, yes, black, are all great color combos for fall. Not to mention the fact that tons of plaids - a huge, huge, huge trend for the fall season - have navy accents, so all more reason to combine the two. And it’s not just limited to clothing. The navy hue can easily extend to eye shadow and nail polish to put a beauty spin on the fashion trend.
The other day I stepped out in a navy look I just HAD to share with you. I’m wearing my new navy Zara sweater, AG jeans, and hanging on my shoulder is my anniversary gift from my Stuber. Shop the look below!
One more note - you may be questioning the floral touches in my sweater and thinking ... floral in the FALL??!! Don’t be afraid of wearing flower accents in colder months! Layer your floral of choice with heavier fabrics like knits and sweaters transition this look from summer to fall.
