Detox Check In! The End Is Here!

molly sims detox Now that we've reached the end of January, I can hardly believe it's been a full month since we started our four week detox!

I don't know about you, but I'm love, love, loving how I feel after a full holiday season of cookies, baked goods, and decadent breakfasts. A return to healthy eating, nutritious food, and stable workout plans was exactly what I needed after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. What about you?

I hope you're planning to stick with my version of the detox. Of course, we all need a cheat day in there once in a while, but making sure to gift your body with vitamins and nutrients in a natural form is really rewarding, and feels so, so, so good.

I have to say, I am BE-yond proud of each and everyone one of you who joined me in this detox.

I know it's not always easy, but it's always worth it. I really hope you'll remember what you learned and keep your fridge stocked with healthy options, make smart choices, and enjoy natural food.

One of my very good friends (and healthy eating go-to guys) is Gavan Murphy, aka the Healthy Irishman. I just AH-dore the food he's made me in the past and can't wait to share one of my new fav recipes of his. It's a green juice that'll give you so much energy, I swear it's a must-have in my house while I'm trying to keep up with my growing baby boy.

Blend:

  • Kale
  • Swiss chard
  • Celery
  • Carrot
  • Broccoli
  • Ginger
  • Lemon

...then enjoy!
