Now that we've reached the end of January, I can hardly believe it's been a full month since we started our four week detox!
I don't know about you, but I'm love, love, loving how I feel after a full holiday season of cookies, baked goods, and decadent breakfasts. A return to healthy eating, nutritious food, and stable workout plans was exactly what I needed after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. What about you?
I hope you're planning to stick with my version of the detox. Of course, we all need a cheat day in there once in a while, but making sure to gift your body with vitamins and nutrients in a natural form is really rewarding, and feels so, so, so good.
I have to say, I am BE-yond proud of each and everyone one of you who joined me in this detox.
I know it's not always easy, but it's always worth it. I really hope you'll remember what you learned and keep your fridge stocked with healthy options, make smart choices, and enjoy natural food.
