Now that we're almost all the way through January - can you believe that?! - I wanted to check in to see how your detox is going?
Over the past few weeks, I've shared a huge, huge, huge amount of information with you. Each and every piece is AB-solutely important in sticking to your full four week detox plan. If you've stuck to the plan and you're going strong, I'm BE-yond thrilled! If you've fallen off the wagon a little bit, DON'T WORRY! Just pick yourself up, don't beat yourself up about it, and get back on the detox train. Here's the most, most, most important thing to remember as January ends and we move into February, and the rest of 2014. Little changes to your diet and exercise habits make MAH-jor life changes in the long road, ones that will help to keep you healthy, strong, and your best you!
