If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I've been going to We Care spa every year since 1999! Yes, next year will be my 20th year. The first time I went was right before one of my big Sports Illustrated shoots! This is the program that I use once a year to detox my skin, lungs, kidney, colon and liver.
