VIDEO: Full Body 12 Minute Workout That You Can Do Anywhere

Okay… this has been a long time coming! Since we’re in the New Year and it’s all about rebooting and getting into shape, I am finally sharing the workout series that I do with my trainer 3-4 times a week. This is something that we always incorporate after I do my cardio which is always a variation.

I think as a mom or anyone really, it’s important to carve out an amount of time daily to do one thing that clears your mind and releases any stress you may have. For me, this is working out. 

Meet Gabrielle, she has been training me for the past year and she is THE BEST. She’s going to take us through a quick series that will target your entire body and get your heart rate up!

THE WORKOUT:

  • 1 minute of jumping jacks

  • 10 burpees

  • 2 minute forearm plank

  • 1 minute of high knees

  • 25 leg rises

Repeat 3 times or as many times as you can under 12 minutes.

Okay… whoever said you can’t get a workout in under 15 minutes is WRONG because I am sweating. I promise you, if you do this daily, you will feel SO MUCH better. I mean, who needs a gym membership?! And if you want to add in some extra cardio, you can go for a 30 minute walk with your kiddos or hop on the treadmill to burn that extra holiday weight.
