Collagen Pineapple Mint Smoothie Recipe

By Mollysims.com

Smoothies are quick and easy to make, but most of all they are a great way to get the necessary vitamins and supplements without compromising taste. And although we may be heading into winter, this Collagen Pineapple Mint Smoothie recipe is that nutritious pick-me-up that reminds us of a tropical escape.

The Ingredients

Pineapple contains high amounts of Vitamin C and manganese– a great way to incorporate fiber and bromelain (an anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling agent). The mint is not only in there for taste, but for health benefits. Mint is a calming and soothing herb to help with an upset stomach or indigestion.

If you’re not familiar with collagen peptides, they’re a natural bioactive ingredient that improves epidermis moisture content and prevents skin aging. Taking collagen works to transform overall skin texture, which is why we always turn to Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to help regulate.

Below you’ll find the recipe for your new favorite collagen smoothie.
