A Classic Moscow Mule With A Holiday Twist

A signature drink always ups the ante for any part. When I’m entertaining, I always make sure to at least have one–even if it’s just a casual get-together.

Scott loves a Moscow mule. The classic lime and ginger beer drink could literally satisfy him any time of the year. But since the holidays are upon us, I found a twist on the recipe that goes perfectly with the cozy feel of the season.

Even if you aren’t a drinker (or a pregnant momma like me!) you’ll still be obsessed. Just skip the alcohol and add a bit more juice or ginger beer to substitute.

Get the recipe below:

  • 1/2 oz. unsweetened cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. ginger beer
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin or vodka
  • Rosemary sprig, lime, and frozen cranberries (for garnish)

Combine simple syrup, juice, and vodka/gin. Pour over ice and top with ginger beer. Serve garnished with rosemary, lime, and cranberries.
