Since your arms are probably still pretty sore from last week’s Tracy Anderson Method workout (I know mine are!), I thought we’d give them a little break today and focus on the legs. The thing I love most is that you can do all of these exercises in your living room using nothing but a chair and a yoga mat. They’re also mommy-to-be friendly of course—but they’re sure to give you a good workout baby bump or not!
