Most people think that if you want to stay fit, you have to be afraid of bread. But I’m about to let you in on a little diet secret that will actually help you slim down without having to ban the bread entirely …

I’m talking about fiber! When I started seeing my nutritionist Rebecca Baer, one of the first things she told me was that I wasn’t getting enough fiber.
