#SimsFitness: Tracy Anderson Method 101

Since there are a million different types of workouts, I wanted to introduce #SimsFitness, where I explain my fav, fav, fav exercises, with a few of my own tips and tricks.

We’ve touched on the different types of Yoga, now it’s onto another one of my AB-solute musts when it comes to exercising – the Tracy Anderson method.

As you’re all well aware, I’ve been getting sweaty with Tracy for years on years on years now – she’s the one who I worked out with through my pregnancy with Brooks. Remember our dueling pregnancy videos?? After I gave birth to Brooksie, she was the one who helped me get back in shape and drop all the baby weight.

Tracy’s method is like none other. It’s hard, but it WORKS. And that’s what matters. Her routine is broken down into two main different sections -Dance Cardio and Muscular Structure Work. Because she knows that all girls want to look lean and toned, she focuses on the smaller muscles around your bigger muscles, so you’re never bulking up, which is BE-yond important.

So, so, so many of those Hollywood bodies that everyone covets are all thanks to Tracy – Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie, and Madonna to name a few!
