Shoes for a Cause: Talking Heels with Baby2Baby & Milk and Honey
Baby2Baby helps families in the Los Angeles area – working with generous donations in order to support homeless and domestic violence shelters for newborns to children up to 12 in order to aid up to 50,000 children every year. So clearly, any way I can give back, I do.
One of my recent adventures mixed my love for shoes and my love for supporting charities. I teamed up with Milk and Honey shoes to design a pair in support of Baby2Baby. As a longtime shoe-lover, I was so, so, so excited to be able to design my own shoes. And knowing 100% of the profits from the sales of this shoe went to Baby2Baby, made the whole experience that much sweeter.
I worked with their design team to create a pair of black snakeskin pumps. They’re simple by sophisticated, perfect to pair with skinny jeans and a white tee shirt or a sheath for a business meeting. I love, love, love that I can pop on these shoes and my outfit is immediately elevated in both style and philanthropic efforts.
This weekend I’m heading to the Second Annual Baby2Baby Gala honoring Drew Barrymore, so make sure to watch my Instagram for #Simstagram pictures!
