Fit Food: What’s In My Fridge?
Believe it or not, people are always asking me what’s in my fridge. It might seem like a silly question to some of you, but I get it! Anyone who knows me knows that I am OB-sessed with eating healthy and put a lot of thought into what I buy at the grocery store. Seriously—I can spend hours reading labels, comparing nutrition facts, and taste-testing the latest gluten-free, carb-free, vegan, all-natural, agave-sweetened, super foods! So why not share that information with everyone else, right? I made this little video a few months ago when I was pregnant to finally answer that question…
Here are a couple other pantry staples that I always stock up on:
- Udi’s Gluten-Free Granola
- Chia seeds
- Skinny Pop popcorn in individual bags
- Treats from The Perfect Snaque
- Kale chips
- Cayenne pepper (You can sprinkle it on everything to boost metabolism—it’s especially good on salad and popcorn)
